So after being away to long due to school, I managed to free up some time to finish up the 416.  She is 95% done with just a few touchings and some cleanup and then it is off to low poly.  Art dump to follow:

Core Rifle Finished

So for the last few days I have been making major and minor adjustments to the core m416 to really nail down the details compared to actual references.  Things I've added are the screw for the buffer tube and indention under the rail for the upper receiver.  Adjustments are numerous but the everything I can see is to proportion to real life reference, rail has been completely remade with the indention at the bottom and a proper cutout for the bi-pod whole, holes for the buttstock, and many smoothing corrections.

Been out of action for a few months but I actually have time now to sit down and work.  Back to work on the H&K M416 and got much done in the last day.  Finished the charging handle, upper receiver block, butt stock, ejection port cover, and some minor tweeks here and there.  Just need to add some detail to the bolt and work on all the attachments and it's on to the low poly.  Crits and comments always welcome.

Been a few since I posted, latest model I've been working on is a H&K 416 modded.  I've gotten a lot done on the high poly but I still have much to do.  Looking to have the base 416 done here soon and then I will get to work on refining and adding all the mods like grips, sights, lasers, and tactical lights.

Work continues on XOi's room, just have some of the miscellaneous items left to do.
